Since 2003, the Junior Faculty Development Program has provided a foundation for the success of early-stage faculty members at the College of Medicine. The program has had nearly 400 participants and engaged more than 200 mentors. Participants attend weekly sessions during their first year of involvement and initiate projects that will continue forward into their second year.
