Leader Heights celebrates first anniversary Oct. 31
Penn State Health Leader Heights celebrated its first anniversary with a lunchtime event for staff and supporters Oct. 31.
Since opening in 2022, Leader Heights has provided York-area patients with expert pediatric specialty care, reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) services, and adult congenital heart disease and gastrointestinal services.
In his remarks during the event, Dr. Yatin Vyas, physician leader for Penn State Health Children’s, commended staff for their patient-focused approach to care.
“From support staff to providers, you’ve patiently answered our patients’ questions and concerns, making them feel welcomed and respected,” he said. “Because of you, Leader Heights will become and is becoming a preferred destination for local patients in need of our highly specialized services.”
