MD/PhD Class of 2026 students find out their residency matches

Several Penn State College of Medicine MD/PhD students graduating this year received their residency destinations as part of Match Day 2026.

Many students participated in an in-person ceremony March 20 to find out where they will continue their medical training.

Match Day, which takes place at medical schools across the country on the same day, is the culmination of a process that began months ago as students visited and evaluated residency programs, while programs simultaneously evaluated them.
