Meet Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center’s new president

Deborah Berini, the new president of Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, shares what drew her to a career in health care and to Hershey Medical Center in this video.

Berini began her new role at Hershey Medical Center on Sept. 17 after serving as the former chief operating officer at the University of Texas Medical Branch Health System. Previously, she held a variety of leadership positions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital and the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics.

In the video, Berini discusses her focus on patient- and family-centered care and her love of cooking for family and friends to relax in her spare time.
