Nearly 200 longtime employees thanked at two celebrations

The average U.S. employee stays at his or her job between three and five years, but Penn State Health honored employees who marked their 25-, 30-, 35-, 40- and even 45-year milestones in 2018.
The 2019 Employee Recognition Reception recognized 33 Penn State Health employees at a luncheon on May 21 at the Hershey Country Club. This was the event to highlight Penn State Health employees for their years of service. See all the honorees.
One hundred ninety-one employees from Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine celebrated their milestone anniversaries on May 22 at the Antique Auto Museum in Hershey. See all the honorees.

Employees with 25 years of service are recognized at the Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine Years of Service reception.
“This is an opportunity to recognize employees who have been with our organization for a very long time ― employees who have played a leading role in making Penn State Health, the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine the regional treasures they are today,” said Dr. Craig Hillemeier, dean, CEO and senior vice president for health affairs.
