Yost receives Patriot Award for support of deployed employee

Nevin Yost, operations manager for the Department of Medicine at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center/Penn State College of Medicine, was recognized by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve program, a U.S. Department of Defense initiative, with the Patriot Award.

The award recognizes supervisors and managers nominated by a guardsman or reservist employee for support provided directly to the nominator. Shanni Petrino, an administrative secretary in Penn State Health Medical Group Hospitalist Medicine, nominated Yost. She is serving overseas.
