NextGen Sequencing NGS Analysis training workshops to be offered

Dr. Yuka Imamura-Kawasawa, Director of the Genome Sciences Facility at Penn State College of Medicine, will present NextGen Sequencing NGS Analysis Training workshops biweekly starting in September for any interested researchers. Each of the eight sessions in the tutorial series will run approximately two hours, and participants will be given a homework assignment to complete after each session. A certificate of completion will be given to those who complete a prescribed number of those assignments.

Those interested are asked to complete the pre-workshop survey so that Dr. Imamura-Kawasa can plan the workshops based on areas of specific interest, and to participate in the Doodle poll to determine the best meeting time.
