Penn State Health Reimagined transition continues in June
Critical processes for Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources will start to change in June to prepare for the health system’s transition to Penn State Health Reimagined.
This month, Penn State Health will bring crucial functions into the new Infor cloud system, which will increase coordination and efficiency throughout the health system. Learn more about key business area actions and cutover deadlines here.
Penn State Health Reimagined is scheduled to go live with the Finance and Supply Chain transition Thursday, July 1.
Key deadlines for June and July:
Expenses:
- All expense reports must be entered into Pulse/Lawson by Friday, June 18.
- Managers must approve all expense submissions by Wednesday, June 23.
- After June 23, expense reports WILL NOT be entered again until Thursday, July 22, in the new system.
- The Expense Management team will notify you if your expense report must be resubmitted in the new system.
Penn State Health and Hershey Medical Center invoices:
- All invoices from vendors must be sent to the Accounts Payable group by Tuesday, June 15.
- All invoices must be processed by Friday, June 25.
- After June 25, invoices cannot be submitted until Thursday, July 1, in the new system.
- The Accounts Payable team will notify you if your invoices must be resubmitted.
Holy Spirit Medical Center, St. Joseph Medical Center and Penn State Health Medical Group invoices:
- All invoices from vendors must be entered into DocFinity by Friday, June 18.
- All DocFinity invoices must be approved by Wednesday, June 23.
- After June 18, invoices cannot be submitted until Thursday, July 1, in the new system.
