Members of Penn State College’s Department of Cellular and Molecular Physiology recently held a celebration of the Chinese New Year.

Many of the department’s Chinese colleagues cooked foods for everyone to try and enjoy.

Some of the highlights of the celebration were making dumplings, learning how to use chopsticks, surprise gifts and, of course, the food.

Chinese New Year fell on Jan. 28 this year. Learn more about the holiday.
