Raman, Urology team mark halfway point of No Shave November campaign

For the eighth straight year, Dr. Jay Raman, interim chair of the Department of Urology at Hershey Medical Center, has joined forces with Rory Ritrievi, president and CEO of Mid Penn Bank, to raise funds for prostate and urological cancers at Penn State Cancer Institute. This dynamic duo and their teams have squared off to see who can grow the best beards and raise the most funds for the No Shave November campaign.
On the Nov. 2 ”Good Day PA” segment on abc27, Raman and Ritrievi announced this year’s campaign goal of $200,000. If they raise that much, their total fundraising since 2016 will surpass $800,000. At the midpoint of November, they’ve raised more than $125,000.
