Report Inclusion Academy session attendance to earn recognition, awards

The Inclusion Academy Certification Program rewards employees for attending multiple diversity educational sessions. Employees who participated in any Inclusion Academy programs during fiscal year 2025 (July 2024 through June 2025) must report their attendance by Monday, July 7, to be eligible for designations and rewards.

Report your progress and attendance to the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on this form.
