Share your voice, your views: Join Penn State Health Employee Forum
This year’s Employee Engagement Pulse Survey is closed, but you have another opportunity to share your voice throughout the year.
Penn State Health employees are invited to share their opinions about a wide range of topics by joining the Penn State Health Employee Forum. This online community participates in brief, confidential surveys about issues such as health system operations and marketing campaigns.
Physicians and other clinical care staff are especially needed to provide a representative sample of our employee population. Membership is limited to 300 new members.
Sign up here. You will receive an email asking you to participate in online surveys about twice per quarter.
Your insights will:
- Help improve the patient experience for yourself and our patients
- Provide ideas for new programs or updates to current ones that address employee needs
- Assist the organization in understanding how changes are being received
While the Employee Forum focuses on Penn State Health issues, College of Medicine employees are also welcome to join and provide input from their perspective of working with Penn State Health staff and participating in health system programs.
To ensure your privacy, your answers will be grouped together with those of others who completed the same survey. The information you provide will be used for statistical purposes only.
