United Way of Lebanon County honors Penn State Health, Penn State College of Medicine with Community Commitment Award

Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine received the Community Commitment Award from the United Way of Lebanon County on June 13. The honor recognized their outstanding year-round support of programming, fundraising, sponsorships, volunteerism and employee contributions to the United Way.
Bert Miuccio, United Way of Lebanon County executive director, presented the award to the Penn State Health and College of Medicine United Way Core Team at the annual campaign celebration dinner. Its 2023-2024 campaign raised $882,154 for health, education and basic needs programs benefiting Lebanon County families.
Kim Lansford, Penn State Health executive vice president for business risk services and chief compliance officer and United Way of Lebanon County board member, accepted the award, along with United Way Core Team members Sandy Dymond, College of Medicine Division of Rheumatology; Terri Smith, College of Medicine Clinical Trials Office; Tracey Carson, Penn State Health Strategy and Planning; and Rob Banwart, Penn State Health Financial Services.
