Volunteer opportunity: United Way Day of Caring April 27

The United Way of Lebanon County is seeking volunteers to help with its annual Day of Caring on Saturday, April 27.
More than 1,000 people are expected to participate – cleaning, mulching, weeding and handing out books to promote literacy.
Last year, volunteers logged more than 3,600 hours on projects throughout the county.
Visit the United Way of Lebanon County website for more information and to sign up. Register as a team or an individual by Friday, April 5 to receive a T-shirt.
A variety of opportunities are available, from cleaning up a cabin in Swatara State Park to planting trees at the Lebanon Valley Conservancy to setting up for the Day of Caring breakfast at Lebanon Senior High School.
