We’re listening. Employees asked to share insights on patient safety
Penn State Health employees and Penn State College of Medicine faculty, staff and students are asked to share their feedback on patient safety issues at Penn State Health by participating in a short survey.
The five-question survey is designed to assess Penn State Health’s patient safety culture and reliability and examines progress made since the full patient safety culture survey was conducted between January and March. It addresses safety procedures, perception and leadership priority. Both clinical and nonclinical staff are encouraged to participate. All responses are confidential.
The Department of Patient Safety is conducting the survey and will share the results on the Safety and Reliability Together Metric dashboard in a few months.
Staff can take the survey by clicking on this link.
