Dalton named regional medical director at Penn State Health Medical Group, Metro Harrisburg Region

Dr. Tatiana Dalton, formerly medical director for quality and innovation for the central region at WellSpan Medical Group, has been appointed regional medical director at Penn State Health Medical Group, where she will provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Medical Group’s practices in the Metro Harrisburg region.

Dalton will support all aspects of practice management, including financial outcomes, budgeting, quality and safety, access and patient satisfaction.

In her previous position at WellSpan, Dalton oversaw 12 family medicine and internal medicine practices in York County.

She attended The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and earned her medical degree from University of Maryland Medical School in Baltimore. She completed her family medicine residency at WellSpan York Hospital before joining WellSpan Family Medicine, Hayshire as a family medicine physician. She later joined WellSpan York Hospital family medicine residency program as associate program director. Dalton is board certified in family medicine and earned her master’s degree in business administration from the University of Scranton.
