WQXA 105.7 THE X hosts ‘Pay 4 Play’ to support Penn State Health Children’s Hospital

Nipsey, Jen Shade and Vince of The People’s Morning Show on WQXA-FM 105.7 THE X will host the 18th annual People’s Pay 4 Play from Thursday, Nov. 21 at 6 a.m. through Friday, Nov. 22 at 10 a.m. to benefit Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital. Listeners can visit CMNHershey.org/p4p24 to make a donation and request a song to be played. The further the request is from the station’s active rock format, the higher the required donation. In the past 17 years, Pay 4 Play has raised over $3 million to fund equipment, programs and research.

During the event, The People’s Morning Show DJs will help to demonstrate the impact Children’s Miracle Network makes for sick and injured children in our region by interviewing Miracle Children and Families, community fundraisers and care providers.

Media interested in covering the event should contact Jennifer Neidig to arrange an interview with a DJ or with a family that has been helped by Penn State Health Children’s Hospital.

Sponsors of the event include Highmark, Woodstream, Rutter’s Children’s Charities, Shollenberger, Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP, TE Connectivity, Schaedler Yesco, Window Nation, M&T Bank, Betty Butler, Members 1st Federal Credit Union, Ira G. Steffy & Son, Inc., Universal Media, McClure Company and Lamar. Learn more at www.cmnhershey.org.
