The Office for Professional Mental Health is sponsoring an event to share strategies and coping skills for “Beating the Holiday Blues” where we have great tips and a sweet treat for all attendees.

Penn State Health and Penn State employees can request access to add events to this calendar. Requests require access to Penn State Health’s Workfront, which requires a login separate from existing Penn State and Penn State Health accounts.
