Feel confident and informed about your midlife health— Going through perimenopause and menopause can feel overwhelming, especially with so much conflicting advice online. It can also be hard to find the right support. This free, virtual program connects you with women’s health experts from the Penn State Health Virtual Menopause Clinic to clear up the confusion.
In our welcoming, easy-to-understand sessions, you will learn exactly what is happening to your body and what you can do about it. We provide clear facts about your symptoms and evidence-based options for relief. Our goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to make the best choices for your health.
Program Highlights
Whether you are just beginning to notice changes or are actively seeking relief from symptoms, we will help you understand your body and explore your options. Our monthly sessions cover:
- Understanding the Changes: Recognize the signs of perimenopause and menopause, and what is actually happening inside your body.
- Hormone Therapy Explained: Get the facts on hormonal treatments so you can make the best choice for you.
- Non-Hormonal Solutions: Discover alternative strategies to find relief from your most frustrating symptoms without using hormones.
- Intimacy and Sexual Health: Navigate changes in your sexual health and learn about solutions to help you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself again.
- Pelvic and Bladder Health: Address sensitive but common vaginal and urinary changes during the menopause transition, and explore treatments that really work.
