Gratitude and Good News rounds – an introduction to a gratitude practice within the format of “Mortality and Morbidity rounds”, an opportunity to increase collegiality and improve morale w/Adi (Aodhnait) Fahy, BMBCh, PhD
Learning Objectives:
- Review the role of gratitude in wellness practices
- Understand the potential and possibility of using a gratitude/good outcomes practice within a department
- Consider a couple of strategies to implement this a gratitude practice within ones own educational cohort
