Imposter Syndrome session

April 16, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

The Office for Professional Mental Health is offering an “Imposter Syndrome” session on Wednesday, April 16, at noon.

Do you ever feel like you don’t know what you are doing? Maybe you think, “Wow! They think that I know a lot. Wish I felt that way.” These common feelings and thoughts are part of the Imposter Syndrome. This presentation will discuss how people develop feelings of being an imposter and ways to challenge those negative thoughts. It will provide tools to navigate new situations because those can increase these feelings. Learn ways to embrace your authentic gifts rather than feel like an imposter.
