Trans Inclusivity 101: Caring for Trans and Gender Nonconforming Patients

Join Lila Menard, a public health expert with 10+ years in academic medicine, for a must-attend session on building inclusive, supportive health care spaces. Learn evidence-based tools to make every patient feel respected and safe.

Lila Menard is a master of public health graduate from the City University of New York School of Public Health, specializing in health policy and management. With a decade of experience in academic medicine, clinical and research administration, Lila brings a strong focus on women’s health and gender inclusivity. Known for cross-disciplinary collaboration and leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, particularly around trans health and education, Lila has developed and delivered trans-inclusive trainings at major medical institutions, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston and Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City.
