Condensed Childbirth Preparation
Auditorium – Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center 503 N. 21st St., Camp Hill, PA, United StatesThis one-evening, two-hour class is a condensed version of our weekend childbirth preparation class, focusing on comfort measures and breathing techniques for labor. It can also be taken as a refresher class if you've given birth before. Class runs from 6-8 p.m.
