"Dietary Assessment and Chronic Diseases" will be presented by visiting professor Xiang Gao, MD, PhD, Associate Professor Director, Nutritional Epidemiology Lab, Penn State. Formerly, Dr. Gao was Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. His research interests include nutritional epidemiology, non-communicable diseases, and global health.
