Anatomy doctoral student receives award for poster presentation

Gary Farkas, right, a student in the Anatomy PhD program at Penn State College of Medicine, received a first-place award for a poster presentation given in April 2017 at an annual anatomists' conference.

Gary J. Farkas, a student in the Anatomy PhD program at Penn State College of Medicine, received the first-place award for “Best Scientific Poster Presentation” at the American Association of Anatomists’ annual meeting at Experimental Biology 2017, held in Chicago in April.

Farkas works in the laboratory of Dr. David Gater in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
