July
Residencies
- Update website and any other information for recruitment season
Fellowships
- Recruitment season begins (most fellowship programs)
- ERAS opens for programs to begin reviewing applications (most fellowship programs)
General reference
- GME track program survey due
- ACGME WebADs opens
August
Residencies
- ERAS opens for candidates to begin uploading information
- Recruitment season planning
- Send out notices to faculty and staff regarding recruitment dates and times; get schedules blocked
Fellowships
- Fellowship candidate interviews (most fellowship programs)
- NRMP registration (most fellowship programs)
General reference
- WebADs and NI APE updates
September
Residencies
- Recruitment season begins
- ERAS opens for programs to begin reviewing applications
- Indicate program participation in NRMP

- GME coordinator wellness retreat
