Here to serve you – updated methods to connect with Information Services

Do you need to connect with Information Services (IS)? The IS Service Portal is a user-friendly way for employees, faculty and students to do that. The portal helps you:

  • Inform IS that an application or service is not working or you need technical assistance
  • Check the status of an IS service ticket
  • Communicate with the IS team member who is working on your ticket
  • Learn about current or upcoming IS events or system interruptions/downtimes
  • Locate a link to other services and information on the IS Infonet page

Review this guide for additional information about the IS Service Portal. To facilitate easy access, IS will place an icon to the IS Service Portal on your desktop in the next few days.

In addition, you can connect with IS as follows:

Effective July 1, help@pennstatehealth.psu.edu will be the only IS Service Desk email address available in the Outlook address book. After July 1, askPSHealthIT@pennstatehealth.psu.edu and pshsjhelpdesk@pennstatehealth.psu.edu will no longer be accessible. If these two email addresses are saved in your frequent contacts, IS suggests removing them and replacing them with help@pennstatehealth.psu.edu.
