More than 150 local and state officials attended an interactive meeting on the campus of Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center to discuss Coronavirus disease 2019, also known as COVID-19.
In 2019, the Association of American Medical Colleges highlighted the growth of accelerated medical student pathways that allow students to complete their MD in three years. Penn State College of Medicine offers several such programs.
A study conducted by Penn State faculty, including a Penn State College of Medicine assistant professor of public health sciences, provided new recommendations on how to protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation.
