Submit Inclusion Academy program attendance by July 3

Attendance at Inclusion Academy programs during fiscal year 2025-2026 must be recorded by Friday, July 3, for participants to earn rewards.
The certification program recognizes and rewards employees for attending multiple diversity educational sessions. To qualify for prizes, you must report your attendance to the Office of Health Advancement and Community Engagement using this form.
Inclusion Academy programs deepen your understanding of cultural differences and their effect on health care, helping to ensure our patients receive culturally sensitive care. The academy offers a variety of educational formats:
- Culturally responsive patient care
- Inclusive health care
- Experiential learning
- Monthly podcasts
- On-demand education, available on-site and virtual.
- Options tailored to provide education on requested topics.
Higher participation earns higher rewards
The Inclusion Academy offers three recognition levels:

Recognition may include email signature designation, a certificate, food voucher, pins and tote bag. Participants also can earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA) credits.
