Shared Services employee screening hours change at Granada May 2
Starting Saturday, May 2, Granada will no longer offer employee screenings on the weekends.
Here are the current screening hours for Shared Services employees by location:
Monday – Friday:
- Crystal A: 6:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 3-5 p.m.
- Granada: 5:45 a.m.-2:15 p.m.
- Academic Support Building: 6:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
- East Chocolate: 6:30-9:30 a.m.
- Lancaster Administration Office: 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
- Operation Kiss Warehouse: 8-9 a.m.
Shared Services employees who work in a location without an identified screening location or during a time when screenings aren’t offered should use the drive-through location at the Westview Parking Garage or the hospital/practice site screening location in which they are located.
Drive-through screening at Westview Parking Garage, Hershey Medical Center campus:
- Employees should enter the garage via Life Lion Drive, turn left and continue to the second-floor vestibule area where they will be screened from the driver’s side of the vehicle. See a map.
- The drive-through screening is only for employees who work in buildings with no on-site screening station. Leadership will reevaluate the need for this option over time.
- Drive-through hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Employees who are working remotely are reminded to self-monitor symptoms and contact Employee Health and your leader if you experience any of the following:
- A temperature greater than 100.4 degrees
- A new cough that is not attributable to another medical condition
- New muscle aches not attributable to another medical condition or another specific activity (e.g. due to physical exercise)
- New throat pain attributable to another medical condition
- New shortness of breath not attributable to another condition
As a reminder, all employees who work on-site are required to comply with the masking guidelines. Please contact your leader if you are in need of a mask while working on-site.
