This course also includes a influence strategy template to map out each participant’s influencing strategy.

Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program has three different tracks for employees. Applicants must be nominated by their supervisor and approved by their executive management team. The nomination window is typically held in September, and the programs run January to December, with an Evening of Excellence held in the following January for all participants.

Those interested in participating in any of the leadership development programs should make their interest known to their supervisor.

  • The Emerging Leaders program is offered to individual contributors who are seeking to gain leadership competencies and aspiring to higher levels of leadership. They may not currently hold management positions; however, they exhibit great potential for leadership opportunities in the near future.
  • The Leadership Essentials program is designed for leaders who may have not received formal leadership development training. Participants are leaders who manage individual contributors and do not have any managers/supervisors reporting to them.
  • The Mid-level Leaders program is designed for leaders who manage managers or supervisors and individual contributors.

For details on the Emerging Leaders program, contact Jennifer Swierczynski or Lauren Talhelm; for details on the Leadership Essentials program, contact Jennifer Koser.
