New online mySolutions support center provides single destination to meet all Human Resources and Payroll needs

Penn State Health employees now have a new online support center to help meet their Human Resources (HR) and payroll needs.

mySolutions is available on the homepage of the Infonet and accessible through mobile devices when employees are logged into the Penn State Health network:

“The new mySolutions portal will provide Penn State Health employees with an easy-to-access and easy-to-use online repository for all HR and payroll information,” said David Swift, Penn State Health chief human resources officer. “This is part of our continued effort to optimize our services to best serve our growing health system.”

The mySolutions support center allows employees to find search-based answers to common HR and payroll questions and submit questions and requests for support to the appropriate team member. HR staff will send the information through the portal, provide an update on an inquiry’s progress and notify the employee when the inquiry is resolved. Employees will then be able to confirm that the inquiry was resolved to their satisfaction and view their case history.

mySolutions’ growing knowledgebase provides answers to HR and payroll questions. Employees are also able to rate the answers and provide feedback on their helpfulness.

• Forms, instructional guides, detailed information and resources
• Announcements and events

“By working smarter together through the mySolutions support center, HR and Payroll can now provide improved service to Penn State Health employees systemwide,” Swift said. “Employees can access the information they need the most on demand, and HR and Payroll staff can more efficiently and effectively assist employees with their most challenging needs.”
