Survey: Share your views on patient safety by June 29

Penn State Health employees and Penn State College of Medicine faculty, staff and students are asked to complete a short survey on patient safety issues at Penn State Health by June 29.

The six-question survey is designed to assess Penn State Health’s patient safety culture and reliability. It addresses safety procedures, perception and leadership priority. Both clinical and nonclinical staff are encouraged to participate. All responses are confidential.

The Department of Patient Safety at Hershey Medical Center is conducting the survey and will share the results in the Daily Brief in early August. Take the survey here.
