University Park students, staff, faculty take part in Wear Red Day

Faculty, staff and first-year medical students in Penn State College of Medicine's University Park Curriculum are seen wearing their red as part of the Go Red for Women/Wear Red Day campaign in February 2020.

First-year medical students, faculty and staff in the University Park Curriculum of Penn State College of Medicine’s MD program took part in National Wear Red Day in February.

The annual event is designed to recognize and raise awareness about women’s heart disease.

One participant in the Wear Red Day event even had shoes for the occasion.
