During Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine's Fall Recognition Celebration on Nov. 6, 2019, Bill Krenz, administrative associate for Community Health in the Department of Nursing and co-leader of the campus LGBTQ and Allies Affinity Resource Network Group, was awarded one of three Steven and Sharon Baron Leadership Awards.
Rodney Ellis, MD, FACRO, professor and chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Penn State College of Medicine, presented his inaugural lecture, "Getting Back to the Future of Radiation Oncology," on Jan. 14, 2020, in the College's Junker Auditorium.
Improvements at Penn State Health St. Joseph Exeter Ridge Health Complex include an increase in the number of exam rooms on the second floor from 16 to 40. Exeter Ridge also plans to expand hours and services.
