Ready to fight the flu? Penn State Health offers free flu shots

Penn State Health will offer free flu shots to people ages 3 and up, with no ID or insurance needed. These events take place in September and October at the following locations:

Harrisburg

• Saturday, Sept. 12, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
  • Hispanic Heritage Month Festival
  • Latino Hispanic American Community Center, 13th–15th and Derry streets
• Friday, Sept. 25, 1:30–4:30 p.m.
  • Capital Area Head Start, 51 Banks St.
• Thursday, Oct. 29, 1–5 p.m.
  • Beacon Clinic, 2626 N. Third St., Suite 3A

New Bloomfield

• Saturday, Oct. 17, 10 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
  • Parktober Fest
  • 110 W. Juniata Pkwy., Millerstown

No registration is required for Harrisburg or New Bloomfield.

Lebanon

• Saturday, Oct. 3, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
  • Lebanon High School, 1000 S. Eighth St.
  • Drive-thru clinic: Get a flu shot without leaving your car
  • Register here.

Steelton

• Saturday, Oct. 3, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.
  • Steelton Municipal Building, 123 N. Front St.
  • Rain or shine
  • Register here.
