Penn State Health and Penn State College of Medicine employees let their voices be heard in the 2019 Employee Engagement survey. At the close of the survey on June 24, employee participation was positive across the organization, with Penn State Health exceeding its response rate goals.
Penn State Health Human Resources Center for Learning and Leadership Development is working with survey partner, Press Ganey, to analyze and compile results, which will be shared with leadership in late July and across the organization in August.
The feedback employees provided on work experience, culture, leadership and patient care will help drive the planning for organizationwide initiatives to improve employee engagement.
