Hershey Medical Center nurses invited to complete National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) RN survey

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is a member of the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI), which is conducting the NDNQI RN Practice Environment Survey.

Eligible registered nurses are invited to participate in this important survey about professional work experiences at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Survey data will assist Hershey Medical Center in continually strengthening its ability to deliver quality patient care and safeguard a healthy work environment for nurses.

Eligible nurses should have received an email from Judy Himes, chief nursing officer at Hershey Medical Center, with a link to the online survey. The survey is available from May 4 through May 24 at 11:59 p.m. Please note the survey needs to be completed in one sitting.

Participation is voluntary. Response are anonymous and will go directly to NDNQI. NDNQI will provide a summarized report to share with registered nurses and leaders in July 2020.
