Penn State Health employee 2021 goals due Oct. 30

All Penn State Health employees should enter their fiscal year 2021 goals into Pulse/Lawson/myHR no later than Friday, Oct. 30. The goals will need to be approved by managers.

When setting goals, employees should strive to meet the SMART goal-setting model. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timebound. Employees are required to enter a minimum of one goal.

Go to Pulse/Lawson from the Infonet and from myHR and select “Manage Goals” to verify that your goals appear on the Active tab.
